Shipping
Items take from 1 to 5 days to be processed before being shipped. All shippings are through USPS, as we found is the most cost effective service, and take between 8 to 16 days to arrive.
If you need to ammend the address on your order form, please contact us within 48 hours. We will not be responsible for items already shipped to the wrong address. We also wont be responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping or unpredictable event such as strikes, floods, earthquakes, storms, heavy snow, etc.
For now items can only be shipped to US territory but please contact us if you wish to purchase from another country in case we can find a solution for you.
Cancellation
Order cancelations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final. If you need to change your order in any way, please contact us.
Refunds
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a picture or video of the item and your order form within 48 hours of arrival. After the issue is aknowledged, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on the buyers wishes or item availability. Due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned.
